A document to be issued when buying a property in Türkiye

It proves the ownership of the property for the person mentioned in the document, whether the property is land, a house, a commercial store, or otherwise, as it shows an accurate description of the property and the information of the owner, and the title deed “Tapu” is only granted to the owner of the property (the legal owner) only. If the property is owned by more than one person, only one bond is granted, through which the share of each of the owners in the property is detailed.
