23 million tourists

Türkiye has received more than 23 million foreign tourists since the beginning of the year 2022

Turkey received 23 million and 30 thousand and 209 foreign tourists during the period between January and July of this year, and achieved a growth rate of 128.28% compared to the same period last year. The Germans topped the list of foreigners most visiting Turkey with 2,992,552 tourists, followed by the Russians with 2,179,331 tourists, then the United Kingdom with 1,810,248 tourists. According to the data of the Turkish Ministry of Culture and Tourism, in July only, 6,665,129 tourists visited Turkey, a growth of 52.84% compared to the same month last year.
