Turkey witnessed the sale of 2,705,175 properties during the first 10 months of this year. According to the Ministry of Environment, Urban Development and Climate Change, last October alone witnessed the sale of 274,552 properties. And residential apartments ranked first among the sold real estate, with a rate of one million and 138 thousand and 848. As for the states that sell the most real estate, Istanbul came first with 329 thousand and 57 properties, followed by the capital Ankara with 169 thousand and 965 properties, then Izmir with 137 thousand and 213 properties.
