News | Real estate sales transactions in Turkey increased by 83 percent in March compared to February. According to the data of the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change and the General Directorate of Land Registry and Cadastre, 277 thousand 496 real estate sales transactions took place in Turkey last month. It stated that 5 billion and 221 million and 277 thousand and 948 pounds of income from title deed fees were obtained from these transactions. 100,867 of the sales were from the sale of housing, 51,646 were from land, 93,187 were from fields, 10,542 were from the workplace, and the remainder of other immovable property. Among the ten provinces with the highest number of sales transactions, Istanbul ranked first with 32,149 transactions, Ankara with 15,018 transactions, Antalya with 11,596 transactions, Bursa with 11,37 transactions, and Konya with 10,000. 60 transactions, Tekirdag with 8 thousand 479 transactions, and Kocaeli with 8 thousand 347 transactions.
